Our secure HIPAA compliant portal serves as an all-in-one platform for case collaboration. You can submit a radiographic interpretation request, upload DICOM image files and other pertinent documents, access/download your completed reports, view invoices and make payments for services. Our objective is to simplify and streamline this process for your office.

Radiographic Case Submission Process
Step 1
Create Account
Click the “Create Account” button above to access the client registration page. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a welcome email with a link to create your password and log in our secure HIPAA compliant portal.
Step 2
Log in to the Portal
Two-Factor Authentication can be enabled in the “My Profile” section for added security. Instructions for exporting DICOM files and how to submit a case are provided in the menu items on the left side of the platform.
Step 3
Upload a Case
Click on “My Cases” –> “Submit a Case” –> “+ INTERPRETATION REQUESTS.” Complete the interpretation request form and upload the Compressed (zipped) Folder containing the DICOM files and any other pertinent documents.
Step 4
Review Your Report
You will receive an email when the completed report has been uploaded to the portal. Select the Case for the patient of interest and click on the “Files” tab at the top menu bar to access the report.
